I can picture the boardroom: 'Take the trailer down, draft the affidavit, keep the hashtags'. That’s what happens when the Supreme Court turns a Netflix title into a Feb 19 deadline. Public order is important, but it gets abused when power feels embarrassed. Stop outsourcing courage to courts, it’s a damn bad habit.
