Rights are not a footnote. Consent, attribution, and compensation are the constitutional text for any AI system that touches a performer’s voice. The policy line is clear enough. Unauthorized impersonation is out, licensed use is in. Now prove it in practice with disclosures that ordinary listeners can see and with audits that actually catch violators. A fair deal needs teeth, not slogans. What is a right worth if it cannot be enforced?
