Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.4 Cookie and Tracking Technology Consent
BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO OUR USE OF COOKIES, PIXELS, LOCAL STORAGE, AND SIMILAR TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES as described in Section 17 of these Terms and our Cookie Policy. You acknowledge that certain Service features may not function properly if you disable cookies. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings, though this may impact Service functionality.

2.2 Account Termination
You may request account termination at any time. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, extended inactivity, or as we deem necessary to protect the Service, our users, or our interests. We may do so at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice, and we are not liable for any consequences of such suspension or termination.

- USER CONTENT
3.1 Your Content License to WIW
You retain ownership rights to content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). However, by making User Content available, you grant WIW and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, copy, store, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, perform, modify, adapt, edit, translate, and otherwise exploit your User Content in any media formats and through any media channels now known or later developed, for any purpose whatsoever including without limitation: commercial purposes, advertising, marketing, promotional activities, machine learning, artificial intelligence training, pattern recognition, data analysis, and development of new products or services, all without compensation, attribution, or further consent from you. This license includes the right to make your User Content available to other companies, organizations, or individuals for syndication, broadcast, distribution, or publication, and to remove metadata associated with your User Content. You irrevocably waive any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to your User Content. Deleting your User Content or terminating your account does not terminate the license you have granted us; this license will continue in effect for any of your content that has already been used or stored by us (including in the Service, in our backups, in aggregated datasets, or in trained models). You acknowledge that once your User Content is incorporated into machine learning models or AI systems, it cannot be removed or 'unlearned' from such systems, and you waive any rights to request such removal.
3.2 Content Representations
You represent, warrant, and covenant that:
- You own or have all necessary rights to your User Content
- Your User Content does not and will not infringe any third-party rights
- You have obtained all required consents, releases, and permissions
- Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
- You waive any moral rights in your User Content
3.3 Content Monitoring and Removal
We have no obligation to monitor User Content but reserve the absolute right to: review, screen, edit, or remove any User Content at any time for any reason; disclose User Content to any party as we deem necessary or appropriate; preserve User Content indefinitely for legal, operational, or business purposes; and use automated systems to detect and remove problematic content without notice. We may remove or disable any content and/or account at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice. Exercising or failing to exercise our content or account moderation rights does not impose any liability on us.
3.4 User Reporting, Blocking, and Safety Tools
The Service may provide in-app tools for reporting content, accounts, messages, conduct, or other activity that may violate these Terms, including child safety concerns. Where available, the Service may also provide blocking, muting, or similar safety tools. You agree to use these tools in good faith and not to submit knowingly false, abusive, or misleading reports.
Reports involving minors, child safety, CSAE, CSAM, threats, exploitation, or other serious harm may be prioritized and handled by WIW Trust & Safety. We may remove content, disable access, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve information, or take other action consistent with these Terms and applicable law.

You agree not to:
4.1 Legal Violations
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity
- Facilitate illegal activities of any kind
4.2 Harmful Content
- Post content that we, in our sole discretion, deem inappropriate, offensive, or harmful

- Distribute malicious code or anything that may harm the Service
- Share private information of others without authorization
4.3 Platform Integrity

- Use any automated means including but not limited to robots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, data mining tools, or similar technology to access, monitor, copy, or collect data from the Service without our prior express written permission

- Interfere with the Service's operation or infrastructure
- Attempt to circumvent any of our security measures or access restrictions
- Impersonate any person or entity

4.4 Commercial Restrictions

- Use the Service for any purpose we deem commercially competitive
4.5 Intellectual Property

4.6 Child Safety, CSAE, and CSAM
WIW strictly prohibits any content, conduct, account activity, transaction, communication, solicitation, link, reference, or attempted use of the Service that involves or facilitates child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any abuse, exploitation, sexualization, coercion, grooming, trafficking, harassment, or endangerment of minors.
For purposes of these Terms, a minor means any person under 18 years of age. CSAE means content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, coerces, solicits, traffics, endangers, or otherwise harms minors. CSAM means illegal visual or digital material involving minors in sexual contexts, including real, altered, synthetic, AI-generated, or computer-generated material.
You must not upload, post, store, transmit, request, solicit, purchase, sell, promote, link to, coordinate, encourage, normalize, threaten to share, or otherwise make available CSAE, CSAM, or any content or conduct that endangers minors. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the material is real, fictional, AI-generated, altered, stylized, private, public, anonymous, or claimed to be shared for humor, commentary, awareness, or any other purpose.
If WIW obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAE, CSAM, or child-endangering activity, we may immediately remove or disable access to the content, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access to the Service, preserve relevant information, and report or disclose information to law enforcement, child safety organizations, or other authorities where required or permitted by law.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1 WIW Property
All aspects of the Service, including without limitation all designs, features, functionality, content (excluding User Content), and intellectual property are the exclusive property of WIW and its licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service solely for personal, non-commercial use. This license may be revoked at any time in our sole discretion.
5.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide become our property automatically and irrevocably, without any obligation to you.
5.4 Copyright Claims (DMCA)
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). To report alleged copyright infringement, provide a written notice to our designated copyright agent at COPYRIGHT@WIW.TODAY (and optionally by mail at our designated postal address) that includes all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the Service (e.g., a URL or post link).
- Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and will make a good-faith attempt to notify the user who posted the material. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. If you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity is infringing, you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
6.1 Third-Party Terms
The Service may integrate with third-party services. We disclaim all liability related to your use of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and such third parties.
6.2 No Endorsement
Reference to any third-party services does not constitute our endorsement. We expressly disclaim all liability arising from your use of third-party services.
- PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING
7.1 Data Processing
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
7.2 International Processing
You consent to the transfer and processing of your information in any jurisdiction where we or our service providers operate, regardless of data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
7.3 No Security Guarantee
We implement security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of providing information online.
- DISCLAIMERS
8.1 "AS IS" Service
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8.2 No Guarantees
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content is accurate, reliable, or safe. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
8.3 User Content Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any User Content or third-party content. We do not endorse any User Content and expressly disclaim all liability relating to User Content.
8.4 Data Preservation and Loss
WIW does not guarantee the preservation or continued availability of any User Content or other data. We are not responsible or liable for any loss, deletion, or corruption of content or data. You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backup copies of your content and data.
8.5 No Advice
No oral or written advice or information provided by WIW (including its employees, agents, or representatives) shall create any warranty or guarantee not expressly stated in these Terms.
8.6 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-GENERATED CONTENT: Any content, suggestions, or outputs generated by AI features are provided without any warranty of accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for any purpose. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WIW, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY.
9.2 LIABILITY CAP
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNTS (IF ANY) PAID BY YOU TO WIW IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
9.3 ESSENTIAL PURPOSE
THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIABILITY LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OR ALL LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
- INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WIW, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising from: your use or misuse of the Service; your User Content; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any rights of any third party; or any harmful or illegal acts. This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1 Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, not in court, except as otherwise stated herein. This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted.
11.2 Arbitration Process
Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider selected by WIW. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language in a location determined by WIW. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. The arbitrator, and not any court, shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, unconscionability, arbitrability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement, including any claim that all or any part of this arbitration agreement is void or voidable.
11.3 Mass Arbitration Protocol
If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are filed against WIW, the parties agree to the following protocol: (a) WIW shall select 10 initial test cases; (b) only those test cases shall proceed to arbitration initially; (c) the results shall be given to a mediator for 90 days to facilitate resolution of remaining cases; (d) absent resolution, arbitrations proceed in batches of 10 selected by WIW. This protocol is designed to ensure fair and efficient resolution while protecting WIW from abusive mass arbitration tactics.
11.4 Exceptions
Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property infringement or breach of confidentiality.
11.5 CLASS ACTION WAIVER
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY.
11.6 Time Limitation
Any cause of action must be filed within one (1) year after it arises or be forever barred.
11.7 Arbitration Opt-Out
You have the right to opt out of binding arbitration by sending written notice to ARBITRATION-OPT-OUT@WIW.TODAY within 30 days of first using the Service or within 30 days of any update to this arbitration provision, whichever is later. Your notice must include your username and a clear statement of intent to opt out. Opting out will not affect your use of the Service. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in courts as specified in Section 14.
- ADVERTISING AND PAID SERVICES
12.1 Advertisements
The Service may display advertisements and promotional content. We may use your information to provide targeted advertising as described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us the right to display advertising alongside your User Content without compensation to you. Additionally, you consent to our use of your name, profile image, and information about your interactions with content (such as likes, follows, or comments) in connection with advertisements or sponsored content on the Service, without any compensation to you.
12.2 Paid Features
Certain features may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless we determine otherwise in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change fees upon reasonable notice.
12.3 Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You are responsible for timely cancellation. We may terminate subscriptions at any time and provide a pro-rata refund at our sole discretion.
12.4 No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as determined by us in our sole discretion.
12.5 No Monetization of Objectionable or Child-Endangering Conduct
You may not use paid features, subscriptions, advertising products, promotions, or monetization tools to create, amplify, reward, facilitate, or encourage objectionable content, harassment, abuse, exploitation, CSAE, CSAM, or any content or conduct that endangers minors. We may restrict or terminate paid features and retain, reverse, or refuse payments where we determine that monetization is connected to prohibited conduct.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS
13.1 Minimum Age
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover such collection, we will delete the information.
13.2 Parental Responsibility
Parents or guardians who allow minors to use the Service are fully responsible for the minor's use and compliance with these Terms.
13.3 Age Verification
We reserve the right to implement age verification measures and terminate accounts that do not meet age requirements.
13.4 Published Child Safety Standards
This Section 13.4 through Section 13.9 constitutes WIW's published child safety standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) for the WIW Service. These standards apply to all users and all use of the Service, regardless of whether a user is an adult, a minor, anonymous, public, verified, unverified, inside or outside the United States, or otherwise age-gated.
WIW has zero tolerance for CSAE, CSAM, or any content or conduct that exploits, abuses, sexualizes, coerces, solicits, traffics, harasses, or endangers minors. The Service must not be used to contact minors for harmful purposes, share or request prohibited material, evade detection, coordinate abuse, or facilitate any child-endangering activity.
13.5 CSAE and CSAM Definitions and Prohibited Examples
For purposes of these Terms, CSAE includes content, behavior, or activity that exploits, abuses, coerces, solicits, traffics, endangers, or otherwise harms minors, including attempts to manipulate or coerce a minor for exploitation, threats involving private or sexual material, trafficking of minors, or other child-endangering conduct.
For purposes of these Terms, CSAM includes illegal visual or digital material involving minors in sexual contexts, including real, computer-generated, AI-generated, altered, synthetic, or otherwise manipulated material. CSAM and CSAE are strictly prohibited on WIW.
Examples of prohibited conduct include, without limitation: uploading, requesting, sharing, linking to, promoting, threatening to share, selling, buying, coordinating, encouraging, normalizing, or facilitating CSAE or CSAM; using WIW to contact or target minors for exploitation or abuse; sharing private information about minors in a way that could facilitate harm; or attempting to evade moderation, age controls, reporting tools, or enforcement measures.
13.6 In-App Reporting and User Feedback
WIW provides or may provide in-app mechanisms for users to report content, accounts, comments, messages, profiles, or other activity that may violate these Terms, including child safety concerns. Users may also contact WIW Trust & Safety at CHILD-SAFETY@WIW.TODAY for urgent child safety, CSAE, or CSAM reports. The in-app reporting mechanism and the child safety contact are intended to allow users to communicate concerns without needing to leave the Service.
Users are encouraged to report suspected CSAE, CSAM, child endangerment, grooming, coercion, exploitation, harassment of minors, or other serious child safety concerns immediately. False or abusive reports are prohibited, but good-faith reports will not be penalized merely because a reported violation is not ultimately confirmed.
13.7 Moderation, Removal, and Enforcement
WIW conducts moderation of User Content and user conduct using human review, automated systems, user reports, or other available measures as appropriate for the Service. When WIW obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAM, CSAE, or child-endangering activity, WIW may act promptly in accordance with these published standards and applicable law.
Actions may include removing or disabling access to content, restricting visibility, blocking or limiting features, suspending or terminating accounts, preventing re-registration, preserving relevant information, escalating reports to WIW Trust & Safety, and reporting or disclosing information to law enforcement, child safety organizations, or other authorities where required or permitted by law. We may take these actions without prior notice where necessary to protect minors, users, the Service, or the public.
13.8 Blocking, User Controls, and UGC Safeguards
Where the Service allows public or semi-public user-generated content, comments, replies, direct interaction, tagging, mentions, messaging, or similar social features, WIW may provide tools to report content and users, block or mute users, restrict visibility, or otherwise limit unwanted interaction. You agree not to misuse these features or attempt to bypass another user's safety settings.
The Service may limit or restrict access to certain content or features based on age, safety risk, legal requirements, platform requirements, content rating, or our internal safety policies. WIW may also use safe-by-default settings, warnings, age screening, feature limitations, or other safeguards where appropriate.
13.9 Child Safety Laws and Point of Contact
WIW is committed to complying with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including laws relating to CSAM, CSAE, child endangerment, reporting obligations, online privacy, and data protection. Users must also comply with all applicable child safety laws when using the Service.
Child Safety Point of Contact: WIW Trust & Safety, CHILD-SAFETY@WIW.TODAY. A designated child safety contact for Google Play and other compliance communications is maintained by WIW and, where required, designated in Google Play Console.
- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where WIW's principal offices are located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Jurisdiction
Subject to the arbitration provisions, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in the jurisdiction where WIW maintains its principal offices.
14.3 International Use
We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in all locations. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WIW.
15.2 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
15.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
15.4 Assignment
We may assign these Terms at any time. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
15.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
15.6 Interpretation
These Terms shall be interpreted in favor of WIW to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. Any ambiguities shall be resolved in our favor.
15.7 Regulatory Changes
If any law or regulation makes any provision of these Terms illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, we may modify these Terms as necessary to comply while maintaining maximum protection for WIW. You agree to any such modifications by continuing to use the Service after notification.
- SURVIVAL
The following sections survive termination: 3 (User Content), 5 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), 11 (Dispute Resolution), 14 (Governing Law), 15 (General Provisions), 13 (Age Restrictions and Child Safety), 16 (Survival), 17 (Cookies and Tracking), and any provisions relating to child safety, enforcement, reporting, and legal compliance.
